Our sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay fruit from Lodi and is produced using the traditional and the more complex Methode Champenoise process (used for making the world's most expensive champagnes).

Tasting Notes: Straw color. Aromas of peach and pear, clover honey, apple skin and cinnamon, and dried white flower with a medium body and a medium apple and peach candies, honeysuckle, and gravel finish. Brisk bubbles and bright fruit aromas give way to an earthy undertone making this wine a nice dinner companion. Pairs well with Oven Fried Chicken, Chicken Kebobs, and Cobb Salad -- or can be enjoyed all by itself!
